The top 1% of users saying they'll definitely buy Pro gets a lot of visibility & traction on feeds by virtue of the users being popular accounts. But I wonder how prevalent this opinion actually is... 🤔

I mean, I'm really glad they've answered the big questions: it's not going to boost visibility/scores/spam labels.

I think if it's doing everything you want to right now, there's no need for Pro, ofc.

I may sub when the monthly comes out, and I can see how the community feels about it, but I can't be giving the tendies up on a hope, atleast right now. I am trying to put things in motion for my etsy store and frivolous spending is not on todays bingo card. Also fuck elon and his twitter 🤣

FC is different, and I recognize that. For one it's not run by Elon Musk, and I actually *want* to support FC. But... yeah, got my doubts. Less around the money, more around what I feel will be the outcome over time.

But $120 annual is not exactly a smol sub, you're defs right.

Couldn't agree more! I paid for X and it did nothing for me. Farcaster may be different, but I am not looking to spend 100 plus dollars for a subscription right now.
