Is anybody else really fucking pissed off that Ubuntu 25.10 with the default Gnome desktop has dropped Xorg support completely, and forces you to use Wayland? Synergy is completely busted with Wayland. This simply won't do. 😾 Guess it's time to install XFCE or LXDE. Dang. Absolute bullshittery.

I read about them dropping Xorg but too much of a n00b to understand what that means 🙊😅

Xorg was the "old" rendering engine. Wayland is the "new" way. They started introducing it like 8 years ago. But honestly I still find Xorg is far more compatible and works better than Wayland.
