chatgpt is a vendor issue if its location locked on who can buy 

there are many companies providing visa/mc cards topped out from crypto

exploring new frontiers in tech, ai, crypto, farcaster DAU since 2023, product designer since 2018, portfolio → /basedstudio

but in Africa? it's a big place, 50+ countries each with their own banking rules

Farcaster did limit wallet access to some countries too when they started rolling out, then they lifted most 

When they make a debit card tied to farplet maybe it’ll be available to everyone besides north koreans etc

Pure politics and no one from rich countries wants to deal with regulators they report to on all those african accounts
