Hello designers and design lovers! I’m building a brand identity for my upcoming project, Miyagi, a 1:1 consulting service to help people learn how to self-custody their crypto. You know “Not your keys, not your coins.” I need your help choosing the right look from these four designs. Which one do you vibe with most?

Don't do it :) skip branding entirely, just write "miyagi" in sans, pour all this time and energy in marketing

I wasn't kidding though 😂 related: https://farcaster.xyz/antimofm.eth/0x948fd7ec The thing is having any branding beyond a simple wordmark is unnecessary complexity Now every time you want to make a simple marketing post, you'll have to style it, use a grid, position the logo, is it legible, is it on brand But if there is 0 branding, just an identifier, you are free to market and users will take your USP at face value which will give you the cleanest type of feedback

This hypersub is a side project by me and @0xconca.eth hypersub.xyz/s/peelin I did make the onion "logo" but did it in like 1 hour and did not testing at all, it's just an identifier, 9/10 we're gonna rebrand completely if the project survives long enough

I was aware of the "back to CS", and when I saw it, it felt like a 180-degree idea, fun and bold. Without knowing anything about design, I’ll take a risk and say I’d definitely keep that concept in mind for other things: it’s comfy, direct, and super punk, that fits my style. But in this case, since it’s a 1-on-1 consultancy, I felt like “a familiar face” might have more impact. I’m going to implement your idea for the next project. PS: I can see you've “destroyed yourself" as a designer just to recreate yourself. You already had all my respect and admiration but now, even more.
