ired of procrastinating? 👋 There's a technique called the 10-Minute Rule. Got a task you’re avoiding? Tell yourself, “I’ll just work on this for 10 minutes, and then I’ll take a break.” Chances are, by the time those 10 minutes are up, you’ll be so into it that you won’t want to stop.
