With all the weirdness going on, I think that it’s a still a time to reply, but I would keep it close with people you follow and who follow you back or uplifting communities (like /success ) who are very friendly and open to new folks. I don’t think this is the right time to cold engage with accounts that don’t follow you. I’d wait a few weeks until the dust settles. The spam label sucks. It’s detrimental to your experience here. If you don’t have the patience to wait, buy FarCards and Hypersubs with gated chats. Hack your way into new groups. But cold replies that aren’t worth their weight in gold will probably been seen in poor light right now.

Yes better to be safe than to be labeled as spam and thrown away for who knows how long!

The spam label is a huge buzzkill. If people thought not having a power badge was bad, a spam label is like nuclear account smashing.
