you're the best! I know this isn't really your purview so I appreciate you passing it along :) two additional points: 1) every time the tx failed, I get 2 emails b2b: one that says "your transaction failed" and includes a reference code, and a second that says "your recent buy was declined" with a blank/missing reference code 2) once I spoke to Support, it took them ~40 minutes to tell me that actually my account was on hold, but the tx is pending, and that it will execute within 8 hours
