Starting to do yoga because it has increased my flexibility and has helped me to endure/process some trying times and toxic emotions ๐what do you do to less tension emotionally? I might try something new next time.. I need your answers

Yin Yoga in particular (Melanie Kristina's 60m session on YT is my go- to); a short burst of High Intensity Interval Training when required (running up a hill for 400m in my case); a cold shower for at least 15 seconds. All three work well together too if particularly stressed. Audio recordings of rain also help.
