Tunnel of Love — Klevan, Ukraine

Not far from the Ukrainian city of Rivne, near the Klevan railway station, lies one of the most beautiful and romantic places in Ukraine — the Tunnel of Love.

Trees growing along a one-kilometer stretch of railway have intertwined their branches to form a magical corridor, carpeted with lush greenery.

Naturally, the name is surrounded by many legends about love being the reason for its creation. However, the true story is much more down-to-earth — the railway simply fell into disuse, and nature took over where people once ruled. Still, lovers come to Klevan from all over — to take wedding photos or simply stroll through the tunnel. After all, it’s said that if you make a wish and kiss under its leafy arches, the wish will come true... but only if the love is sincere!
