I've long wished for a channel on Farcaster that focuses on discussing gift economics and culture in depth. Once in awhile I see a cast that briefly mentions a writer who covers gift culture (Lewis Hyde, Charles Eisenstein, Robin Wall Kimmerer, etc.), but I want to see some deep-dive discussions. Today I almost created a gift economics channel myself. If I'd had enough warps, I would've done so. But channels are still in limbo and I think warps are being phased out too, so maybe it's best for me to hold off until there's more clarity about the future of channels. If someone else starts such a channel, though, do keep me in mind as a potential contributor.

I was thinking maybe /gift-economics or /gift-culture, but I like that name too. A bit of Sacred Economics nerd-trivia (maybe you already knew this?): there are two books by that name, and they were both released around the same time in 2011. Each was unbeknownst to the other until very close to the publication date, and the authors became friends once they found out. :) Eisenstein's book is the one most people think of when that title is mentioned, though.
