What do you think about political parties receiving donations in crypto, given the transparency concerns?

I plan on reporting on this very subject and am seeking the @farcaster community’s insights into this article and responsible crypto political finance.

The irony is that crypto makes things more transparent (as you know :))

So it would be interesting to tease out why this feature is poorly understood — is it the automatic immune response to anything “crypto” seen as a scam, or is it a legitimate call for making provenance onchain more traceable (via surveilled on-ramps, etc)
