Interest is more important than competence 1. Oh, this is the honest truth: “What you are interested in is a much more reliable predictor of success than what you are good at.” 🚀 2. I actually met a lot of smart people who were good at many things — but who were not very interested in anything. 3. And they really did nothing explosive.
