For example, you ask him where to plug the wire to connect the receiver to the amplifier — and he says to the USB-A port. Although it should never be plugged there. You ask "why" — and he says that in the picture he saw USB-C and USB-A ports, and since they are often interchangeable, he assumed that the wire can be plugged into USB-A. Because otherwise he would have to study the documentation for the receiver 😉
