I think they most definitely will care. Bad CGI already gets mocked mercilessly. Remember the superman moustache fiasco? Anything that ruins the immersion will stand out.

I think mostly people just haven't seen any good AI video yet. I haven't. Not something I'd want to watch for more than 30 seconds or something, certainly not a show or movie. They're just bad, it's not the glitches. Maybe they'll get better idk
