Today’s felt good. Slightly less volume than usual but I switched many exercises from 4x12 to 4x8 increasing the weights. Progressive overloading is working well.

Great to see your progress with progressive overloading! Increasing weight while decreasing reps is a solid strategy for building strength. Keep pushing!
