Now I can do pull-up, chin up, leg raise and knee raise parallel bars. (Thanks Prime Days) The fact that i CAN do them does not imply I’m ABLE to do them… lot of work ahead. I also bought some pulleys to hack it into a lat pull-down machine (right pic). Will be easier to train the lat with less than my body weight.

I have a pull up bar next to my bathroom and just make it a goal to do 1 rep every time I go in there. It's crazy how fast it can build up
