TIL: a magic "handy" formula to know if a food contains high protein or it's a marketing stunt. take the value of proteins (in grams) in the nutrition facts, multiply by 10. if the result is near or higher that the Kcal, it's a high protein source. e.g: Enervate protein deal bar: 20g * 10 ~ 212 Kcal. 👍 Kit Kat dark chocolate 2.3g * 10 << 208 Kcal. 👎
