Another failed attempt on getting to 10 reps with 120kg. Made better progress than the last one of 5 reps, i went 6 reps on this. Considering increasing my bench to 3 times a week. Might even help break my PR. A bench x squat day would be peak powerlifting.

what was your progression to 10 reps? how much do you press 12 reps? and 8 reps?

I can go 15 reps with 100kg ez. Tried 20 reps a couple times. 110kg for 8-12 reps, iām sure i could go more. I just wonder why 120kg gets me stuck even when itās not my PRš
