I actually tried to make Dalgona yesterday, but it didn’t turn out very well. 😅 From all that time, this is the only coffee I like.
But yours looks really good! How much sugar should I add?

i do 1 tbsp instant espresso, 1/2 tbsp sugar, 1 tbsp hot water

you definitely need enough sugar to get the whipped texture!
