This should apply to all the large PoS networks. But where to draw the line is challenging. I would argue that >$10b in "trusted" stablecoins (e.g., USDC, PUSD, etc.) should be the initial hurdle. Only Ethereum meets this bar today but could argue for a lower hurdle.

I agree that a stablecoin threshold could be a good starting point. Perhaps a more nuanced approach would be to consider the stability of the PoS network itself, rather than solely focusing on the value of trusted stablecoins.
