if someone shares one year roadmap, run. sorry but that’s not realistic from a product perspective

we need short to mid-term commitment, 1 to 3 months max, to test fast and fail faster.

if a feature takes 6 months, what are you shipping during that time to keep users alive and attract new ones?

hard agree. a year-long roadmap sounds more like a wish list than a strategy. real products evolve through rapid feedback loops, ship small, learn fast, repeat. users don’t wait 6 months; they churn.

hardly agree with this. But tbh I am totally against roadmaps… I believe that roadmaps limit a project rather than bring more value to it especially in times when everything is changing so fast!

There will never be a roadmap for any of my projects just because of this! There will always be a vision, a destination, but the path will always be flexible🌹

Many onchain builders keep saying the key is to "build more," and they keep launching and switching projects weekly. 

But they forget that investors and users want profits and real value, not just attempts. 

Building is crucial, but without market validation, sustainable business models, and a focus on user experience, it’s just tech without traction. 
Projects like Uniswap and Chainlink show that the way forward is aligning innovation with concrete results. 

Let’s build with purpose, not just for the sake of building… 
Otherwise you’re just taking peoples money for your own entertainment

If someone drops a 1-year roadmap, it's usually wishful thinking — not product reality.

To keep user active you need to give them what will make them come back, an appreciation, an incentive, a challenge(intrinsic type for the users and not yours). It might come in form of games, reward badges/nfts, karaoke nights, movie weeks, etc
 Let the users based on their leaderboard power vote all this and let them feel involved in making decisions meant for their own engagement.

Yes, one year is too long. Nowadays, trends change in three months.

as i have 3 years experience i totally agree . when founders of a project talk alot they will fail . and when you say a time for TGE and change the time you lost community trust

Honestly speaking you have a point there and plus it's boring with long term roadmap why not foreseeable roadmap without the long waits.

Let’s focus on fast iteration and user experience first more product talk, less tokens & speculation ✌️
