Noboribetsu is famous for their onsen and demons who protect the town, but they also have some of the best Naple’s style pizza I’ve ever had because the proprietor fell in love with pizza and thought if he could combine the amazing dairy (this is 4 cheese and honey) of Hokkaido + their wheat and tomatoes, he could make pizza that was amazing. He was right.

Yeah, one. You have to really like pizza and two. You have to really like different kinds of cheeses. And then when you combine delicious dough plus really great cheese with a sweet kick to it….it makes this a hot tasty delicious item.

Honey is not my favorite dish, I eat it only when I'm sick. That's probably why I find this combination strange

It’s so amazing with the cheese. Think goat cheese with honey and less traditional pizza mozzarella.
