I too am guilty of behaviors like deleting unpopular content because it feels like it simply missed the mark (often it did). However, sitting with the feeling of discomfort of not getting enough validation is still one of the most valuable experiences on social media of any kind

lol! If it doesn’t translate to honest dollar, I remove the mental attachment asap. If it doesn’t translate to at least or about a tenth of what I earn per hour, then it’s just a past time.
