Also noticed that if one cast goes trending, the following casts will also get more visibility

Not that I’m complaining but mid casts can easily get more popular than thoughtful ones

It seems to reset every week though, probably after the rewards go out

I know the Merkle community team (aka Ted) is trying to bring non-crypto content here

Not sure though how the algo is aligned with this intent - seems not so much at this time but fingers crossed the dev team is working on this

I get that they’re trying - it’s been really boring on here for me for a couple months, a lot of the people I engaged with have left or else I just never see their posts and seems like they’ve u-turned again away form being “all about crypto” to “everyday people and life” which from a growth margarine makes far more sense than the weird lean into tech but algorithm is at an all time low for functionality for me and yeah I can remember to switch feeds but Jfc just give me a interesting home feed
