I commit to waking up early for a workout before my day starts tomorrow. Iāll start with 1000m on the rowing machine, followed by a shoulder warmup and stretching. Then, Iāll do a circuit: - 10 goblet squats - 10 single leg lunges - 10 pushups - 10 single arm rows - 10 10 side raises - 10 sit-ups - 10 single leg pistol squats Iāll do the circuit four times.
