If you are truly in love, you don’t have much energy left to be angry.

Energy is neither anger, nor love, nor hatred. Energy is simply energy—neutral.

That same energy can turn into anger, lust, love, or hatred. These are all different forms of the same energy.

You are the one who gives it shape—your mind shapes the energy, and the energy flows into that form.

So remember: if you are deeply in love, you won’t have much energy left for anger.

That's an excellent point. Energy itself doesn't have a value point. it's our own mind that channels it into feelings like love, anger, or hate.
