Not sure if it was related but the first two days of this came with some insane depression spikes, idk what that’s about..

Sleep seems like a hard one to tackle but it’s probably the next big unlock.. i enjoy getting up later, working later, and i still pick my phone up throughout the night 😬

I hike daily in nice weather but gotta get my bish ass to the gym again (ik) started climbing a few months ago which is fun too
