is it possible to train your AI agent to understand when it is being tagged a) to execute a function as it was designed to do vs. b) as a reference? asking because the only time i have seen an agent ignore a tag ("@") is if it hit its rate limits or maxed out API credits, not because it knows it isn't needed.

IGNORE is just a tool call btw.. the example is just if the conversation sounds expired based on the last x messages, or maybe our historical messages then respond with IGNORE which means don’t respond at all @elefant did this first and all Eliza bots can do it by default But this becomes nuanced through memory I.e if I give the agent a memory to ignore me forever should it ignore me forever? what if you try to convince it not to for me
