you could have used noice and tipped a bunch of usdc, but if you didn't have your account set up at the time of the snapshot or had deemed it enough, you're not eligible for the airdrop. 

what? this might be the most unfair decision i've seen since i've been on /farcaster

you are misreading it. what it means is users needed to use noiceapp to tip for being eligible. anyone who didn’t use noiceapp won’t be eligible.

If a creator does not create a cast he tipper can tip out, if noice team claim because the creator as never used noice platform to tip so he won't be quality for the Airdrop, there is no problem but I will freely tell them team, they are writing letter to failure  ❣️
