you could have used noice and tipped a bunch of usdc, but if you didn't have your account set up at the time of the snapshot or had deemed it enough, you're not eligible for the airdrop.

you are misreading it. what it means is users needed to use noiceapp to tip for being eligible. anyone who didn’t use noiceapp won’t be eligible.

The snapshot was taken on June 30, so only tips made between the start time and that day count.

i though they mean that although you have used noice to send tip, but if you were not active in the screenshot time, you are not eligible!

they simply mean if you never tipped using NOICE, then you are not eligible.

The first circle definitely shouldn't be involved , the second  ones depends , like other parameters, but it can avoid bot farming as much as it can

i think it’s fair that in order to receive the drop you had to tip someone else at least a few cents

agree that who never used the app don't deserve anything, but i can't agree that those who used the app, although not are using now get nothing.

why should someone get an airdrop when not using the app?

I only tipped a small amount, but didnt get the airdrop, its not a cool idea to exclude artists. Unfortunately I cant spend much on tipping since its almost impossible to sell a free mint, excluding of airdrops because not tipping a lot its really disappointing. Ive been very active here for over a year now, supporting others, its sad to see its seen as doing nothing valuable here.
