I forgot my hydration vest at home, so I decided to rawdog the 22-mile trail run with just two 500ml handhelds. I wouldn’t recommend it, but we finished.

I’m recording with my iPhone, I’ll usually use the wide angle (0.5) and my arm as the selfie stick.
