Getting more steps in this week. I used to be a 10k guy, what changed? Focused on muscles too much? More calisthenics, more high proteins and fats with way less carbs. More love, Less ego. Let’s see the progress in a few

Dude people seriously underestimate how much getting steps in really helps. I walk at least 2 miles every day usually much more. And that’s not even counting work
