i've been working *a lot* on regulating my nervous system for the past 8 weeks i was having several panic attacks a day + waking up a ton throughout the night + night sweats + unable to sleep in past 6:30 no matter what time i went to bed the past two days my body has finally let me sleep in (8:30 and 9!!), which means my cortisol is no longer spiking unnecessarily overnight and my parasympathetic nervous system is starting to retake dominance (rest and digest vs fight or flight mode) big signal that all my regulation work is finally working 🥳 ✨

without going into personal details, i was just way too overstimulated and kept trying to push through it for months instead of taking a small break. i was also trying a new medication that ended up exacerbating my anxiety
