@sidshekhar @ericjuta @cesar-askgina I’m currently unable to check my balance, and I’m facing errors when trying to swap or trade whether through the app, the website or the mini-app. I've reported this issue multiple times, but I still haven't received any response. Please let me know what I can do to get access to Gina again. I really need her.

Hey apologies for this. I think your account triggered some automated protection on the system to prevent abuse (for example if you do too many prompts or abuse the gasless functionality, among others). While we investigate, you can export your private key and import it on a third party wallet.

This option doesn't exist for now I'm afraid. The option I gave you is to export your private key and import it i.e. to CB Wallet or Metamask, if that's what you mean.
