Much history of ownership anywhere is emotionally charged with expectations and stories, songs, book reports of stormy weather ahead, being quite well documented. Big floods too. Quite crazy?

No doubt and everyday the climate changes, at least a little bit, sometimes quite drastically, simply upon opening any window and door. The mountains erode and evolve with every rain drop falling on them. As attention gets paid the limitations can begin to decrease.

Yea, but the history of climate change is pretty limited, especially in terms of increasing weather patterns.
