good that you specified it should be legal because I was gonna suggest you break into an art gallery jk (￢‿￢ ) on a serious note, what helps me is to find a way to relax and let go of the thoughts make me anxious. anxiety is the primary enemy of my creativity, but it depends what holds you back!
