This is awesome Naomi, thank you! Does it matter if the protein is consumed before or after the workout, like is one better than the other?

thanks! it's fine to have protein before your workout, but I would say to leave some time for it to digest! but it's very beneficial to consume protein within 30 mins after a workout as it helps your body recover by promoting muscle repair, and after working out your muscles need replenishing!
