We’ve now laid the groundwork for the Scouting Network in Kickoff.
You can hire a scout and send him to search a region for talent. When he finds a player, you’ll get a report with their age, overall rating and transfer fee. But there’s pressure.
You only have 24 hours to sign the player before the offer expires and another club might take them.
This is the first step toward a deeper recruitment system that will expand over the next weeks and months together with Leagues and further UI improvements.

We have no confidence in the SDs.
The recruitment team needs changing. 3 years from when they took over, and too much wasted money, too many players we need to move on.
Rosenior was always going to need time to learn how teams play at the top level. He's made many naive decisions, including today, but has also shown an ability to adjust in match.
Personally, I don't think he's the guy. Never had faith in him and already lost confidence with LR.
