Philly is underrated 90 mins to NYC Effectively offers same things as NYC (just on a much smaller scale) Gritty city.. far less entitlement than NYC

What struck me when I was there was how friendly absolutely everyone was. Not sure if that survived post-COVID but I hope it did.
