The career path posts reminds me of my most collectivist and also most nationalist take: bring back conscription a la post war Germany. Everyone, male and female should be required to do 2 years of civil or military service. All classes have skin in the game, eliminates the warrior class, war isn’t an abstraction, conscription is a deterrent for wanton reckless military action. Shared experience creates lifelong bonds and cohesion across race and sex.

I was thinking about this recently.

Give free university but require military service. Could potentially help with the crippling student debt problem, housing, doctor shortages, the lack of critical thinking among the population, unemployment among young people, understaffing/underfunding of NATO countries and probably more that I haven’t thought of.
