Traveling with a 2 year old later this month to a place that has an 8 hour time difference. Any tips on getting them adjusted? Or am I totally screwed? 😂

Been there. Not easy, will take 2-3 days to adapt. But try to adjust the child’s bedtime and wake-up time closer to the new schedule for a few days. Good luck!
