Parenting can be stressful due to the immense responsibility, constant demands, and the emotional toll of caring for another human being, since there is no particular manual guiding it.

How can the stress be gotten out, my able parents in the house?

I am  a professional programmer ( python)

My own parenting cheat is i rest when  needed, i pay someone to do some chores for me when my body needs rest, i was telling @akoredeluli my parenting expo yesterday she was just laughing 😂
