Excited this channel exists now! To start off, what routines/habits do you have that most help you with your wellness/mental health? For me, I make sure to take at least a 10 minute walk outside every day, no matter how chaotic things get. Noticed it's made a huge improvement

- Daily journaling - No phone 30 mins before bedtime - A shot of fresh squeezed lemon juice in the morning! I usually freeze these as ice cubes on Sundays to meal prep
