in a coffee shop line watching a grandfather play with his granddaughter and it hit me how incredible it is that, for some of us, life gives us the chance to experience our parents “parenting”, to see their tenderness and inner child at play with our own children why are there tears coming out of my eyes

aw, thank you for sharing this. my sister is having a baby in 2 months (omg!) and i get so emotional knowing i'll get to see my parents take care of her baby.
