social apps for close friends is 10x harder than it seems for one simple insight in my perlsonal opinion

real friends close enough don’t drift apart for the lack of better tools. msgers are more than good enuff for 99.69%

if i were to cast my bet on pure social again, it will be focused on online/onchain friendship

Great logic. Everyone is online now. Wife and I met on eHarmony. That would never have happened 20 years ago. Leverage online networks to grow your global network. Between this and LinkedIn, it's all I need.

That is why I really like the channels on here, some of them feel like you’re in a group chat with friends. I also relate some of the interaction on here to Reddit. I like there being different rules of engagement for each group too.
