a lot of times when I DM people for new products, I see that I have DM'd them before about previous products we've built. I've probably sent tens of thousands of DMs across fc, x, TikTok, instagram. getting the first 1000 users isn't the hard part - that you can brute force with DMs if the product is even remotely interesting. the hard part: - who those 1000 users are, and how much they "love" the product - keeping up the launch momentum

blasting DMs can fill the first seats, but the real win is finding your true riders and stoking that fire ,Tho I feel showcasing real stories, spotlighting a superfan’s journey in your next launch DMs, email or thread to fuel FOMO would also help to keep momentum imo.
