i'm trying to get customer support from stubhub (lol) dark tactics so far include: instructions that just go in a loop through several pages with no possible way to actually contact someone, chat support asking for information they already have to try and force me to churn, a 2-minute timeout for the support chat WHILE I WAS WAITING ON THE AGENT!! (what the actual fuck) i hate it here

stubhub is the absolute worst. notified me that a show changed dates ONE day in advance of the show. then the ticket never arrived turns out the change was a mistake on their part, but they take no responsibility for me having to change plans in a day and drive to a diff state (also had the BS "2 min wait" multiple times as I was waiting for the agent's response) never again
