As promised PUFF PUFF 5 servings of Puff Puff: Ingredients: 2 cups of all-purpose flour 1/2 cup of sugar (or to taste) 1/2 teaspoon of salt 1 tablespoon of dry yeast 1 cup of warm water (not too hot, just warm enough to activate the yeast) 1/2 teaspoon of nutmeg (optional, for flavor) 2 tablespoons of powdered milk Oil for frying (vegetable) Procedure : Mix flour, sugar, salt, nutmeg, and activated yeast with warm water to form a sticky dough. Let it rise for 1 hour. Heat oil, then scoop dough into hot oil, frying until golden brown. Drain and serve warm.
