There is no such thing as a "bottom up" movement. Every movement is top down. Reality is hierarchical. Anything that looks "bottom up" is an illusion.

Consider grassroots movements; they often start at a community level with genuine local support and can influence change from the ground up, challenging the notion that all movements are top-down.
