so the problem si to tighten it up i need to make broader claims (so its not easy to n+1 my proposed system) to skip around it, but at the same time that makes my claim less unique, I guess i do need some counsel before even considering applying/drafting lol

think of it like mvp for the idea framing so you can widen the claim. 

go simpler to go wider and unique. find the core wow factor and that is the patent. doesn’t have to be the entire platform. Could also simply be a process patent as well.
